Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator with a strong background in plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine, experienced in managing high-value procedures and consistently achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aesthetic or plastic surgery sales (mandatory)
- Track record of closing $5K–$20K+ procedures
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Candidates with phone-based customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle challenging or dissatisfied patients in a professional manner.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Professional, friendly, and courteous phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for both new and existing patients, including those traveling from out of state.
- Demonstrate flexibility by arriving early or staying late when necessary to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clear understanding of all clinic documentation related to patient care, including medical records, financial paperwork, and surgical agreements.
- Ensure all required medical and financial documents are completed prior to surgical procedures.
- Support patient flow by managing check-in and check-out processes, while assisting other departments as needed.
Compensation:
- $15,000/month ($180,000/year)
